Privacy Policy
How your personal data is handled when you contact us or use the Business Lab KIT.
1. Data controller
Ana Amengual Asa (Nita Asa Studio) is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@nitaasastudio.com.
2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, project type and the message you write.
Account and Business Lab KIT: if you buy the KIT, we store your name, email, username and the data you write inside the KIT (business profile, plans, content, chat history and the other tools), linked to your user account.
What we do not store: your Anthropic API key (NurIA). It stays only in your browser and never reaches our servers. We also do not store card details: payments are handled by the payment provider.
No analytics or advertising cookies are collected at this time.
3. Purpose
Contact: to answer your enquiry, music project request or digital transformation services request, and to keep in professional contact afterwards if you wish.
Business Lab KIT: to provide the service you purchased, that is, to save your work so you can pick it up from any device, and to give you support when you ask for it. We do not use your data for any other purpose and we do not share it.
4. Legal basis
Contact: your consent, given when you submit the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Business Lab KIT: performance of the contract for the purchase of the KIT (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. Recipients and NurIA (Anthropic)
Your data is not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to the technical providers needed to run the site (web hosting with SiteGround, the contact form provider and the payment provider), which act as data processors under the GDPR and are subject to their own privacy policies.
If you choose to use NurIA with your own key, the content you send in the chat goes directly from your browser to Anthropic, under your account and its terms of use. Nita Asa Studio is not involved in that processing and does not receive those conversations.
Nita Asa Studio only accesses the data in your KIT when it is needed to give you support.
6. Third parties in your business profile
We ask that you do not enter personal data of third parties into the KIT (for example, names or contact details of your own clients). The KIT is meant to describe your business, not to store your clients' data.
7. Cookies
This site only uses the technical cookies needed for it to work, such as login cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies are used at this time. If a measurement or analytics tool is added in the future, this policy will be updated and the corresponding consent will be requested.
8. Retention and deletion
Contact form data is kept for as long as there is a contact relationship or legitimate interest, and afterwards for the legally required periods to address possible liabilities.
Your KIT data is kept while your account is active. You can delete it at any time from My account → Reset everything, or by writing to hello@nitaasastudio.com. If your WordPress account is deleted, your KIT data is deleted too.
9. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@nitaasastudio.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
